At first I didn’t totally understand the benefits of coaching. But now that I’ve been working with Nina, I feel more confident in myself as a leader of my business. I have also been able to shift my attitude and thinking, focusing on long-term goals and objectives, instead of just the day-to-day and trying to get things done.
I have acquired valuable leadership and organizational skills since I started working with Nina. One of the toughest parts of owning a small business for me so far has been hiring and supervising employees.
